Terms of Service
Effective June 12, 2026
By accessing or using Lake Region Property Resource (“LRPR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your login. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit a listing.
Listings & content accuracy
You may submit listings and content only if you have the right to do so, and you agree that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. We review submissions before publishing and may decline, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a license to host, display, and promote it on the site in connection with your listing.
Fees & billing
- For-Sale-By-Owner (FSBO) listings. FSBO listings are charged a one-time fee per listing at submission ($350 standard, or $450 with the immersive presentation upgrade). The fee is charged when you submit and is required before the listing is published.
- Agent and Vendor subscriptions. Agent and Vendor plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually (Agent: $30/month or $270/year; Vendor: $50/month or $450/year). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you authorize the applicable one-time or recurring charge.
Refund policy
One-time listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been published. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods; you may cancel at any time from your account and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable law.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: submit false, fraudulent, or unauthorized listings; infringe others’ rights; post unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful content; scrape or misuse the site or its data; attempt to circumvent payment or access controls; or interfere with the operation or security of the service.
Fair Housing
LRPR supports equal housing opportunity. All listings and communications must comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local fair-housing laws. Listings that express a preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class are prohibited and may be removed.
Intellectual property
The site, including its design, text, and software, is owned by LRPR and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the site except as permitted by these terms.
Copyright (DMCA)
If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice including the work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, and a good-faith statement to goldendogcapital@gmail.com. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Not a brokerage; no professional advice
LRPR is an advertising and listing platform. We are not a real-estate brokerage, agent, lender, appraiser, title company, or law firm, and we do not provide real-estate, legal, financial, or tax advice. We are not a party to any transaction between users. Listing, resource, and public-data information is provided for general informational purposes, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LRPR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or any transaction between users.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LRPR harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your listings, content, or use of the site, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
