Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account, our authentication provider (Clerk) processes your name, email address, and login credentials. We store a profile record associated with your account.
• Listing submissions. When you submit a property, we collect the address, listing details, descriptions, contact information you provide, and any photographs you upload.
• Payment information. Paid listings and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers; Stripe provides us limited details such as a customer/subscription identifier and payment status.
• Address and location data. To map listings and add public-data context, we geocode submitted addresses using mapping services and reference public datasets (e.g., census, parcel, and flood-zone sources).
• Usage data. We collect basic, non-identifying information about how the site is used to operate and improve it.

How we use information

We use your information to operate the listing portal; create and manage accounts; review, publish, and display listings; process payments and subscriptions; send transactional emails (such as submission confirmations and review decisions); respond to inquiries and showing requests; provide local property resources; and maintain the security and integrity of the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers we share with

We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf, only as needed to provide the service:

• Clerk — account authentication and management.
• Stripe — payment and subscription processing.
• Supabase — database and photo storage.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Google Maps Platform — geocoding and map display.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of LRPR or others. Published listing details and photos are, by their nature, displayed publicly on the site.

Cookies & analytics

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions such as keeping you signed in, and for basic analytics to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account information as described below.

Your rights & choices

You may access or update your account information from your account page, and you may request that we correct or delete your personal information by contacting us. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

Children’s privacy

The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
